At the Tomb of Jesus
Bible Text: John 20:1-18 | Preacher: Dr. George A. Mulford | Every founder of every religion that ever existed has died, but only Jesus Christ came back from the dead and is alive today. His empty tomb as an endearing symbol of His Resurrection is the ultimate proof of Jesus’ claim to be God. No one can be justified before God apart from the Resurrection. If Christ is not risen, then Christianity would be just another religion leading its followers to Hell. This morning we will be looking at what happened at the tomb where the body of Jesus had lain.
