The author of the book of Hebrews tells us we have the very assurance that Jesus is superior to anything and everything else, and through His sacrificial death, believers have open access to God. The veil in the temple separated the people from God, but when Christ died, the "veil" of His flesh opened the door for us to have confidence to draw near to God. Believers can enter into God's presence because He has eliminated the need for divine separation. Are we taking advantage of that great opportunity to draw near to God?
Are we drawing near to God?
