The Partnership of Going

Bible Text: Romans 15:20-24 | Preacher: John Riggs - Missionary to Zambia Most of the churches the apostle Paul wrote to were churches that Paul had started as a missionary, but the church at Rome was not one of Paul’s churches; however, for several years he had been wanting to visit them. Paul had been traveling and preaching on three different missionary journeys. He had spent several years training men and had suffered many severe things for the cause of Christ. As a missionary Paul was always striving to take the Gospel where it had never been preached, and he was now ready to take the Gospel west from the European continent into Spain. He wrote to the church at Rome to let them know his plans to visit them on his way there.
